This was our first wine fermented in a Terracotta Amphora and we really liked the results, so you'll be seeing more of them. It also spent a year in an oak puncheon which softened it's mouthfeel and gave it a little spice on the finish. A slight departure from our normally lean style of Sangiovese, we hope this wine will appeal to fans of fuller-bodied styles. Only 50 cases produced so get it while you can.
